At the beginning of the New Year, the Chinese culture window “Son of China” column ushered in the first interview guest of 2024, he is a simple Hakka family, but also a family-oriented entrepreneur. His entrepreneurial road has experienced wind and rain, but still perseverance, has achieved heavy harvest. He is the founder of Zhongmin Zhijin Technology Co., LTD. – Pang Zhiren.

In the 1980s, Pang Zhiren left home to start a business, worked hard for decades, constantly explored and practiced, and achieved remarkable results. In 2001, Pang Zhiren returned to his hometown in Nanning, Guangxi Province, and started his entrepreneurial journey again with the feelings and enthusiasm of returning to his hometown and building his hometown. He said that he should contribute his accumulated industry experience and all his strength to his hometown and society.

Looking back on the past, leaving his hometown to start a business in Hainan, Pang Zhiren experienced too much hardship, but his inner persistence made him, who was young and did not have too much money, resolutely sow sweat on the land of Qiongzhou and give birth to fruit. ‘When I was 20 years old, I left my hometown for Hainan and saw that the average yield per mu of agriculture there was relatively low, and my hometown has a national key project base for hybrid rice cultivation, and the average yield per mu is more than 1,000 jin, I dreamed of changing the low yield here,’ he said.

Rice planting success, Pang Zhiren did not stop, he returned to his hometown to start a new business, choose the market scarce polymer consumables as a breakthrough, through unremitting efforts, to create orthopedic special new materials, to solve the problem of scarcity of orthopedic medical materials at that time. And Pang Zhiren still did not stop, he chose to start again, when he saw the industry in the artificial state of inter-departmental, inter-institutional can not effectively achieve the status quo of interconnection, data sharing, so he thought of how to use a set of intelligent and efficient software to solve this problem in the supply chain. With the guidance and help of Dr. Zhang Wensheng and Dr. Liang Donglin of the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Pang Zhiren finally solved the technical problems of the research and development project, successfully launched the “Treasury pipe” supply chain digitization project, and then climbed the career peak.

On November 28, 2023, the special promotion Conference of Treasury Management and Supply chain digitalization was held in Beijing, inviting leading enterprises, investment institutions, relevant research institutions and media representatives from various industries of the global supply chain system to gather together to discuss the new model of supply chain management and development in the era of digital economy. Pang Zhiren said: “The country attaches great importance to the digital supply chain, and we are confident that under such a good trend, we will solve the problem with intelligence and digitalization, and make new breakthroughs in the difference between warehousing, sales and storage in the digital material supply chain.” Our “vault tube” realizes the interconnection of the supply chain, it intelligently and efficiently fills the gaps in the industry, and the efficiency of one-click push and one-click receive has increased by more than 80 to 90 times. As an entrepreneur who came out from the countryside, experienced wind and rain and achieved success, Pang Zhiren is enthusiastic about public welfare and education in his hometown while doing a good job in the enterprise. He has donated many times to schools in his hometown and has shown love for helping the elderly and poverty alleviation. Pang Zhiren said that I grew up in the countryside, came out to start a business for more than 40 years, rooted in the hometown, love in the hometown, can do something for the construction of hometown, is one of my greatest comfort! In the New Year, I will do better in my career and contribute everything I have to my hometown and society.
